What condition can I expect the designer bags to be in?

Our in-house team uphold strict maintenance procedures to ensure that we rent bags that we would happily buy and use for ourselves. After all, we're fashion lovers too!

Do I have to pay for cleaning or shipping?

No, your monthly membership covers all cleaning and express 2-day delivery! It's really easy!

How do I swap my bag for my next selection?

When you're ready, select your next bag via the app and arrange for a swap! You can return and receive your new bag at the same time completely hassle-free.

What happens if I accidentally damage the bag?

Bags are actually not that easy to damage with reasonable care and by treating them like your own.

Under our complimentary repair coverage, you will only be charged if the repair cost exceeds S$200 (Core Plan) / S$350 (Pro Plan). Repairable damages (light scratches, pen marks, worn corners etc) typically cost up to S$300.

In the unlikely event of irreparable damage, loss or theft, you will be responsible up to the full value of the bag. Please check in with our Customer Experience team via the in-app chat for more information.
